Who are we
North Tower Consulting (NTC) is a specialist technology and customised software solutions consultancy based in Cheltenham, providing professional expertise in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Lifecycle Management Services and much more.
Our goal is to deliver impactful offerings, valued skill sets and to work collaboratively with our clients to build a trusted partnership for your success.
The company was set up in 2019 and has experienced significant growth since then, winning major government and defence contracts, and building a highly skilled workforce.
By the end of 2020 we had 30 employees and subcontractors; in 2021 that number grew to 50; and by December 2022 it had grown again to over 100, with 23 per cent of our workforce being made up of apprentices.

In 2023, we provided six work experience placements for local students, and we are proud to hold the Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award in recognition of our support for ex-military personnel and current reservists, both within our workforce and among those seeking to join our growing team.
